grade band progression chart for public feedback.

We are soliciting feedback on our draft guidelines for Big Idea 2:
Representation and Reasoning.

If you are interested in reviewing, please download and review the
Progression chart (https://bit.ly/AI4K12_Big_Idea_2_draft) prior to  
completing the feedback form. The feedback form is designed to be used
by either individuals or groups. We anticipate that it will take 35-45
mins to review the progression chart and complete the form. If you are
short on time, you will be able to save your progress and continue your
review at a later time.
