Somewhat surprisingly, the journal is included in Scopus.

Scopus shows that, since 2016, the journal has published 16,832
articles. The journal charges about 2,200 USD for publishing a paper.

Whether the journal should called "open access" is a question as the
publication fee is about the same as the major commercial publishers ask
for Gold Open Access.
