A new article on K-12 AI ethics education has been published in the
online version of Communications of the ACM.  Here's the introdcutory
paragraph: "Ethics and technology have always been tightly interwoven,
but as artificial intelligence (AI) marches forward and impacts society
in new and novel ways, the stakes—and repercussions—are growing."

AI4K12 is one of several groups cited.
