I am doing a presentation at CSTA Silicon Valley on Monday, March 2nd at 6:30pm Pacific Time. We have been teaching AI systematically to elementary & middle school students for more than 2 years. The longest-running one is AI Explorers which is designed for grades 4-6. It is a 12 week-long program (1 session per week) covering a wide range of technical, application, and social impacts related topics in AI.

In this CSTA talk, I will give an overview of the overall program, and go deeper on how we teach 2 of the topics - computer vision and bias in AI.

There will be a video conferencing bridge for the meet-up. If you are interested in joining, please let Smita know (cc.ed and copy me on it.).

I would love to hear feedback from this community.
