Today we released ReadyAI Neural Networks Lesson Plan (beta).  It would be great to get your feedback after trying the course on https://edu.readyai.org/.

We have been inspired by the activity that was introduced by Irene Lee and Fred Martin at AI4K12 in Arlington, and Oak Ridge National Laboratory.  We then created the lesson plan, tested it at ReadyAI lab, as well as David E Williams Middle School before making the beta version available on our platform.

In this 50 minute lesson, students will learn the basic mechanism behind neural networks by playing a group game.  We are covering Big Idea #2 and #3.   We design the lesson plan to be aligned with  CSTA Standards:  1B-NI-04 and  1B-AP-08.  Also given the scope of the lesson plan, we believe the course is also aligned with PA Language Arts: 1.4 Writing.
