In approximate order of importance:

…selling AI education to administrators. It is hard for teachers to be able to teach things their administrators are not 100% behind. It is important to give teachers support, and time, if we want them teach something new. Administrators are in the position to provide both.

…providing them with easy-to-run curricula. Easy-to-run means they can run it out of the box, but also, ideally, that we make it easy for them to cater to their own needs if they are different from what they’ve imagined. It also means that we make assessment easy; teachers need to know what their students know. They need to be able to show administrators what they have taught their students. They need a roadmap.

…we make it clear both what is actually important and why it is important. Teachers need a holistic view; they need to have context for their students of “where this goes.” If they don’t understand WHAT is important, they’ll be stuck in weeds. If they don’t understand WHY it’s important, they’ll skip teaching it when they need to make time for other things, and they won’t be able to have conversations with their students, parents, and administrators about its importance.
